The Evolution helmet was designed to be the perfect combo to the 509 goggle, but it's so much more than that. Not only does it have the perfect fit to the 509 goggle, but it's an exceptional helmet in its own right. For starters, with safety being the primary objective of any helmet, the 509 Evolution helmet meets or exceeds all DOT, AS, and ECE safety standards. With five intake vent ports (three in the mouth piece area and two above the eyeport) and six exhaust ports (2 along the bottom, 2 in the middle, and 3 along the top), the 509 Evolution helmet provides superior ventilation for snowmobiling. Ventilation means your goggles will fog less, but the built in flexible rubber wind guard provides extra protection so your face will never feel the chill of cold, icy winds. A perfect fit with the 509 goggles, this wind guard provides a double shield for your cheeks and nose area. Also standard is the washable liner and cheek pads made of triangle tricot brushed material that is hypo-allergenic and the tool-less visor screws for easy adjustment.
