Donavon formerly owned and operated Xtreme Performance Center where he was one of Klim's earliest dealerships and sold literally millions of dollars in Klim product. Unfortunately, his wife, Mindy, was diagnosed with leukemia and he was forced to close the dealership in 2009. Fortunately, she is much better and he is back in the powersports business, focusing on repairs, mod work, parts, accessories, and of course, snowmobile clothing. With over 30 years of riding experience and 10 years of selling Klim, you won't find anybody more committed or well versed about Klim's superior products. Xtreme's long-time commitment to great customer service is well known in the industry and continues with RMXgear.com. Return Policy and Rapid Exchange
RMXgear.com offers a thirty (30) day customer satisfaction guarantee on new and non-clearance items. Customers may return any new and non-clearance item within 30 days from the delivery of the merchandise as long as it is in original condition with tags (we like the packaging back too, but it's not required). The items being returned must be shipped back through UPS, Fedex or the U.S. Post Office including being registered/insured at the customer’s expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. Customers will receive a refund for the full amount of the items. Credit card purchases will be electronically credited from RMXgear.com to your account within 5 days of return receipt. Other payments or refunds will be issued by corporate check within 5 business days. RMXgear.com knows how short the riding season is and makes exchanges easy with our Rapid Exhange policy. If you need somthing exchanged, just call or email and let us know what you need. We will confirm availability and you can ship your return back. As soon as we receive your tracking number by phone call or email, we will forward out your replacement items. Any balance owed will be refunded when we receive your return. Clearance items (those items being sold below Klim's retail price) do not qualify for any returns or exchanges.

If sales or use tax is applicable in your state it is your responsibility to contact your state's tax division to comply.

Orders
Orders are processed on a first come, first ship basis. Items that are in stock will be shipped within two business days of confirmation of your order. In the event an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted and informed. Customer will be called first to expedite resolution and then emailed. All packages will be shipped via UPS, Fedex or US Mail. All items shipped from RMXgear.com are insured for full value until delivery to your location. Once delivered to your location you are solely responsible for the merchandise.
